Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The graduate student research assistant will work closely with the principal investigator as part of a mentored research training experience. The student will assist with multiple phases of the project, including participant recruitment, survey distribution, monitoring response rates, preliminary data cleaning, and thematic coding of open-ended responses. The student will also participate in discussions on research design, ethical considerations in clinical research, and interpreting findings.

This experience will provide valuable training in applied research methods relevant to clinical social work and mental health practice

Required Qualifications The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and be enrolled in the MSW program at Belmont.
