Work Schedule:

Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday swing shift (3pm-11pm). Occasional weekends via shared on‑call responsibilities.

Opportunities for a hybrid telework schedule may be considered after the initial training period, provided the arrangement is supported by operational needs, individual performance, and as on‑call schedule permits. Telework arrangements are not guaranteed and may be modified or discontinued at any time based on business requirements or performance. Employees approved for hybrid telework must provide their own private workspace, secure internet connection, and demonstrate the ability to work independently.

Work Locations:

This position is based at the 295 Chipeta Building in Research Park, Salt Lake City, UT, and provides clinical research coordination at associate clinical hospital‑based sites. Travel between locations is to be expected, although the primary work location is at a shared workspace at the associate hospital where research projects are taking place.

The University of Utah Department of Pediatrics is looking for a highly organized, reliable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Clinical Project Manager. This position provides support for the research infrastructure and functions of the Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine ( PEM ). The incumbent is responsible to organize, implement, oversee, coordinate, and support technical and administrative details of division clinical research activities, while assisting the Principal Investigator in identifying and accomplishing study objectives.

Incumbent maintains compliance to a host of department, university, and governing agency requirements and regulations.

This position is posted at multiple job levels. Each level has distinct qualifications, responsibilities, which will be evaluated during the selection process. Final placement, including the associated pay rate, will be determined based on business needs and budget considerations.
