• Carry out AI training work such as analyzing model outputs, editing content, and producing precise annotations

• Engage with paid studies that can require up to one hour of focused, uninterrupted work

• Demonstrable experience working as an AI trainer, with verifiable task-level skills
• Willingness to complete a short skills verification test (about 10-15 minutes)
• Strong attention to detail and the stamina to concentrate on complex problems for sustained stretches
• A dependable, high-speed internet connection and a suitable personal computer
• Ability to operate as a self-employed independent contractor and self-declare earnings
• A Pay Pal account to receive payment for completed tasks
