* * The role is as Company Chief Security Officer (CSSO) for a weapon manufacture plant. In this position, you will be located Jahjjar.

Your role is to support the operations to implement and follow the Security Manual for Licensed Industries (SMLDI) Category A and to do this together with Saabs internal regulations and prosses when it comes to security.

You will be a security generalist, involved in physical security, personnel security, information security and IT security. To your help you will have specialists from the security function in Sweden and a close co-operation with the Country Security Manager.

You will also carry out audits and send reports needed to government officials and liaison with various regulatory authorities, such as police, government agencies, RTO, courts, security companies, municipal corporations etc. to fulfill the demands and maintain a secure environment.

Training and education will also be a part of your job, make sure that security awareness is high and that everyone has the right tools to follow the security protocols.###

Since there are two different regulations to follow you need to be flexible and open to ideas and a problem solver.

Minimum qualification:

* An indian Citizen
* A university degree or equivalent competence acquired through work life experience in security risk management, crisis management and/or similar
* Fluent in English verbal and written
* Fluent in Hindi verbal and written

Preferred experience
* Experience in Multinational Company
* Ex-Army/CPMF/Police officer

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.### ###
