Job DescriptionAllied Universal is currently hiring a Part Time Security Officer for a Management Company in Boston, MA.
Schedule: Tuesday and Wednesday, 3 PM – 7 PM.
Pay: $22.05 per hour, paid orientation, paid training, Daily Pay available.
Requirements: Must be 21+ years old.

- Provide customer service to tenants, guests, and staff following Allied Universal security‑related procedures and location‑specific policies.
- Conduct regular and random foot patrols of common areas, building floors, loading areas, parking locations, and perimeter points to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or hazard concerns for reporting.
- Monitor access points and lobby activity as assigned, assist with visitor direction and credential checks, and document unusual conditions according to post orders.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, requesting additional assistance from onsite contacts and local responders when needed.
- Complete detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and patrol findings, and communicate relevant updates during shift turnover to support consistent coverage.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
- Valid driver's license is required only for driving positions.
