Security Officer - Visitor Check-In

Location: Walton

Allied Universal - Up to $18.04/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location;
Control access at designated entry points by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or appointments, issuing visitor credentials as directed, and directing foot traffic to appropriate areas;
Monitor alarms, access control panels, and/or CCTV systems when assigned, and report irregular activity per site-specific protocols;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating with onsite management and/or first responders;
Complete logs and required documentation such as visitor entries, incident reports, and daily activity reports, and communicate issues to Allied Universal supervision as needed
