Security, Security Guard

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate part‑time opening in our Security Office at Truist Arena in Highland Heights, KY.

Our business is event based, and labor needs vary widely from week to week and event to event. Accordingly, all part‑time positions are “as needed,” and we cannot offer consistent schedules or a guaranteed number of hours per week.

This position is required to pass a background check.

• Patrol all areas of the property and parking lots, securing doors.
• Ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises.
• Secure property during move‑in/out of all shows, concerts, and events.
• Conduct routine property walks throughout the facility.
• Conduct inspections and audits to assure quality of service to personnel.
• Interact with the public and all levels of management and fellow employees professionally.
• Appropriately deal with “unruly” people.
• Work independently, judge and assess situations for immediate response.
• Respond to emergency situations.
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Maintain effective working relationships with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons, and others.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and as a team member.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and normal business hours as needed.

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• 6months to 1year of security experience preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge required.
