Pay Rate: $18.72 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors by carrying out site‑specific access control procedures, badge and credential checks, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points for the location, verify identification and/or delivery documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Support shipping, receiving, and gate operations by maintaining visitor and vehicle logs, confirming appointments, and directing approved traffic to designated loading and unloading areas.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, including access points, parking areas, and logistics flow zones, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
