As a Security Officer EMT in Lewisport, KY
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location where you will monitor entry points, manage access control, and support a secure environment through visible presence, routine patrols, and strong communication. In this role, you will help to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Provide customer service by following site‑specific access control procedures, visitor processing protocols, and security‑related policies at the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and document access activity according to post instructions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated interior and exterior areas, including production, warehouse, and perimeter locations, while observing and reporting unusual activity and/or conditions.
• Support emergency response activities as directed and assist with maintaining orderly access for employees, contractors, and visitors throughout the location.

• Possess an EMT certification.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
