Location: Robards
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, stock areas, and exterior perimeter areas as assigned;
Help to deter unauthorized activity, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior by maintaining a visible presence and reporting concerns to site leadership;
Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and assist with closing procedures, alarm-related responses, and/or other assigned security-related duties;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner
