The Seasonal Loss Prevention Specialist is responsible for mitigating inventory shrinkage and protecting bottom-line profits by collaborating with operations and support teams to implement and maintain comprehensive loss prevention programs. This role requires a demonstrated ability to cultivate trust, conduct investigations, manage security staff, and leverage CCTV and exception reporting tools to identify and eliminate shrink risk. The Seasonal Loss Prevention Specialist delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

• Partner with the Loss Prevention Supervisor on daily, weekly, and monthly LP metrics and reporting to ensure alignment across site leadership and support teams.
• Manage security staff and assist in the maintenance and coordination of physical security programs, ensuring consistent execution across the facility.
• Collaborate with operations, human resources, and other support teams to advance departmental projects and foster a cohesive loss prevention culture across the network.

• Foster a loss prevention-rich environment that inspires a culture of commitment to shrink reduction, ensuring product integrity and availability for fans.
• Verify inventory integrity within the location to support accurate fulfillment and a seamless fan experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with law enforcement agencies, ensuring swift and professional resolution of incidents that could impact facility operations and fan trust.
• Keep safety a top priority by monitoring behavior, reporting unusual activity, and addressing potential threats before they affect team members or facility performance.

• Utilize CCTV systems and exception reports to proactively identify patterns and mitigate shrink, recommending program and process improvements as needed.
• Identify and evaluate operational areas causing or contributing to shrink, delivering data-informed recommendations that do not hinder operational throughput.
• Conduct thorough investigations within the facility, including internal and external losses, applying structured methodologies to uncover root causes and drive sustainable solutions.
• Identify, promote, and implement physical security best practices that elevate the standard of loss prevention across the network.

• Influence, guide, and make recommendations on loss prevention programs, balancing risk mitigation with operational efficiency.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and shrink data analysis, translating findings into actionable strategies that protect company assets and bottom-line profits.
• Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining the integrity of all investigations and compliance activities.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, demonstrating a relentless commitment to facility security and loss prevention outcomes.
