Security Officer Patrol Services - Warehouse in Hebron, KY safeguards clients in industries such as Logistics & Distribution. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

Thu 05:00 AM – 01:00 PM
Fri 05:00 AM – 01:00 PM

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or drivers by following site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, parking areas, exterior perimeters, and other assigned parts of the location to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or shipping‑related documentation as directed by site policies, and report unusual activity or policy violations.
• Support daily operations by maintaining visible presence, assisting with directional questions, and completing required reports related to patrol activity, incidents, and security‑related observations.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
