Job SummaryAretum is seeking a Cyber Partner Coordinator Manager to lead stakeholder engagement and coordination efforts that strengthen collaboration between government, industry, and other partners to support national cybersecurity planning and defense. This role combines strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, research, analysis, and team leadership to develop effective partnerships and high-quality products that address complex cybersecurity challenges.
This position will serve as a trusted coordination and consulting resource, helping facilitate stakeholder relationships, manage initiatives and deliverables, and translate complex cybersecurity and program information into clear, executive-level communications.
Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate a team of program analysts, managers, and subject matter experts supporting clients on nationally significant cybersecurity initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government, industry, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international stakeholders through structured engagement strategies and collaborative initiatives.
- Plan and lead stakeholder engagements, meetings, workshops, and working sessions; facilitate discussions, gather information, and develop recommendations that address client and partner needs.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analysis to identify trends, assess stakeholder feedback, evaluate engagement effectiveness, and inform project strategies and recommendations.
- Develop and deliver high-quality project products, including strategic plans, assessments, reports, presentations, briefing materials, talking points, fact sheets, and white papers, while managing multiple milestones and deliverables.
- Prior experience supporting DHS, CISA, or another federal cybersecurity organization.
- Familiarity with DHS/CISA organizational structures, mission areas, stakeholder engagement processes, and operating environment.
- Experience supporting cybersecurity-focused federal programs or initiatives.
- Experience coordinating partnerships involving federal, SLTT, and private-sector organizations.
- Project management experience in a federal consulting or government contracting environment.
- DHS Suitability:
Required. Candidate must be eligible to successfully complete and maintain all DHS suitability requirements associated with the position. - Security Clearance:
Top Secret (TS) clearance.

- Salary Range: $160,000–$180,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including education, experience, qualifications, skills, and applicable contract requirements.
