Location: Northern
Burlington Stores in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Shortage Control Associate to help maintain a secure, welcoming shopping environment while delivering outstanding customer service and protecting assets.
You will stand at the front of the store, greet every customer with eye contact and a smile, monitor entrances and high‑risk areas, identify theft risks, and report incidents to the Manager on Duty. You will also help train colleagues on shortage reduction programs.
