About This Role This role is a security g uard position where situational awareness and presentation are essential. Officers are expected to demonstrate excellent judgment and interact respectfully with others while ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Security Guard Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and respectful environment
- Communicate effectively with guests while de-escalating situations as needed
- Perform a variety of security checks and follow post orders as directed by the establishment
- Investigate incidents and create reports by recording observations, occurrences, and surveillance activities
- Other responsibilities may apply
Requirements:
- PERC Card required (No Exceptions)
- Willingness to submit to a background check
- Prior Customer Service and Hospitality experience
- Have a professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand up and walk for 8 hours
Preferred Qualifications:
- Security or Customer Service experience
- Ex-law enforcement
- Military service
