** Position Overview
** Marc Security Services LLC is seeking a professional and reliable
** Unarmed Security Officer
** to staff a campus front entrance. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and controlled access point for staff, visitors, and vendors.

The officer will be stationed at a guard building equipped with a gate system, computer, and phone, and will be responsible for monitoring and controlling entry to the campus.

** Key Responsibilities
*** Monitor and control access at the campus entrance gate
* Check in and verify visitors, vendors, and deliveries
* Maintain accurate visitor logs using a computer system
* Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
* Observe and report any suspicious activity or security concerns
* Ensure all individuals entering the property are authorized
* Provide excellent customer service while enforcing site rules---###
** Requirements
* ** Valid Florida Class D Security License
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Basic computer proficiency
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift

** Preferred Qualifications
*** Previous gatehouse or access control experience
* Experience working in a campus, residential, or corporate environment---###

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in security or law enforcement.  - Proven track record of handling firearms safely and effectively.  - Experience in surveillance and monitoring activities.

- Strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.  - Excellent observational and situational awareness skills.  - Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.  - Proficient in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques.  - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  - Must possess a valid firearms license and certification.  - Physical fitness and stamina to perform security duties effectively.
