As a Security Officer Entrance Access in Augusta, GA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help manage badge access, monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a secure environment.

• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control policies, and emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials and authorizations, issue visitor badges, maintain entry records, and report unauthorized access attempts in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document events as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility access points, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, visitor logs, and incident documentation while communicating professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
