Cal Poly Maritime Academy seeks a Cadet for its Public Safety Department in Vallejo to learn law enforcement principles through structured training and hands-on campus duties.
Under supervision, the Cadet attends POST-basic training prerequisites, gaining skills in report writing, fitness, firearms, and arrest techniques, and may assist officers in daily duties.
Applicants must be at least 21, hold a high school diploma, have a California driver’s license, and be eligible for POST certification.
