Prosegur Security is seeking a highly skilled, tech-savvy SOC Operator for a premier corporate campus in San Jose, CA. This role monitors critical security systems, responds to automated alarms, manages badge requests, and coordinates emergency response across the site.

Wednesday – Friday (6am – 2pm) & Saturday/Sunday (2pm-10pm)

• Monitor video management systems, alarm panels, and access control platforms in real time.
• Process badge and access requests, track credentials, and manage system access permissions.
• Respond with urgency and professionalism to system alarms, electronic alerts, and incoming emergency calls.
• Track and manage security notifications via Outlook and MS Teams; log incidents using Excel and logging tools.
• Dispatch officers to incidents, initiate escalation procedures, and support emergency response protocols.
• Collaborate with site leadership and field security personnel to ensure operational continuity.

• Valid California Security Guard License (Required).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (Required).
• Experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or command center environment strongly preferred.
• Hands-on familiarity with Milestone CCTV systems and AMAG Symmetry access control systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams), computers, and smartphones.
• Strong verbal/written communication, problem-solving abilities, and calm composure under stress.
• Dependable attendance, professional appearance, and ability to work independently.
