Schedule: Friday - Sunday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Citadel Security USA is hiring a dependable Unarmed Security Officer for an overnight assignment in Brush, CO. This position involves operating a company vehicle while performing routine security patrols throughout assigned areas.

The officer will spend a significant portion of the shift driving and must be comfortable operating a vehicle at night for extended periods. Strong attention to detail is important, as officers are responsible for following post orders, recognizing unusual conditions, and completing routine documentation.

• Operate a company vehicle while conducting scheduled patrols.
• Drive through assigned areas and monitor conditions throughout the shift.
• Perform routine checks of designated areas, access points, and surrounding locations.
• Maintain an alert and visible security presence.
• Watch for suspicious activity, unauthorized access, damage, hazards, or unusual conditions.
• Follow all applicable post orders and assignment-specific instructions.
• Read, understand, and consistently follow written post orders.
• Respond appropriately to security concerns and incidents within the scope of the position.
• Notify supervisors or appropriate personnel when situations require additional attention.
• Complete routine activity reports and other required documentation.
• Record relevant observations accurately and promptly.
• Communicate important information during shift changes and with company leadership as needed.
• Maintain professional conduct while operating the company vehicle and performing assigned duties.

• Valid driver's license required.
• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 3 years

• No major driving violations within the past 5 years
  .
• Comfortable driving for extended periods.
• Comfortable operating a vehicle during overnight hours.
• Ability to remain attentive during long periods of vehicle patrol.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written post orders.
• Ability to complete routine written reports.
• Strong observation and attention-to-detail skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and authorized personnel.
