Pay Rate: $15.90 / Hour

Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets. This includes familiarity with basic software applications, internet navigation, and the ability to communicate effectively via email and other digital platforms.

Customer Service Experience (B219)

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and control entry and exit in accordance with established procedures.
Respond to access control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify and report security-related concerns and help to deter unauthorized activity.
Complete accurate reports, shift logs, and access-related records, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
