As a Fleet Mechanic, you will play a key role in keeping our fleet in top condition. Your responsibilities will include a mix of diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs.

• Preventative Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine maintenance on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other essential systems of diesel trucks, trailers, and other heavy-duty vehicles.
• Expert Diagnosis: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify issues and carry out necessary repairs.
• Safety First: Conduct thorough inspections of key components to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational readiness.

  Work closely with other mechanics and team members to ensure that all vehicles are maintained and repaired efficiently, minimizing downtime.
• Customer Communication: Provide accurate estimates for repair times and costs while delivering exceptional service to internal teams and clients.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in heavy-duty vehicle maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairing engines, transmissions, and braking systems.
• CDL Class A or B license is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Flexibility to work overtime or on-call as needed.
