What You’ll DoAs a Fleet Mechanic, you will play a key role in keeping our fleet in top condition. Your responsibilities will include a mix of diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
Key Responsibilities- Preventative Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine maintenance on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other essential systems of diesel trucks, trailers, and other heavy-duty vehicles.
- Expert Diagnosis: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify issues and carry out necessary repairs.
- Safety First: Conduct thorough inspections of key components to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational readiness.
- Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with other mechanics and team members to ensure that all vehicles are maintained and repaired efficiently, minimizing downtime. - Customer Communication: Provide accurate estimates for repair times and costs while delivering exceptional service to internal teams and clients.
We are looking for team-oriented individuals who:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in heavy-duty vehicle maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairing engines, transmissions, and braking systems.
- CDL Class A or B license is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Flexibility to work overtime or on-call as needed.
