The primary function of the Commercial Refrigeration Specialist is to ensure that all refrigeration and HVAC units within the stores are running efficiently. This role requires frequent travel.

• Conduct minor plumbing repairs, such as fixing faucet leaks.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units and commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Repair and replace compressors as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Detect refrigerant leaks effectively.
• Repair equipment related to meat and produce.
• Troubleshoot refrigeration rack systems.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in HVAC and refrigeration repair, along with general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry is required.
• Valid driver's license is mandatory.
