Low Voltage Installation & Service Technician II >
Louisville, KY | Full-Time
Do you have hands-on experience with low voltage security systems and a passion for solving technical challenges? At IK Systems, we're seeking a Technician II to deliver best-in-class installation and service for critical security and life safety systems.
What You'll Do- Install and service large-scale, networked low-voltage security systems, including access control, surveillance, intrusion detection, and structured cabling
- Support integrated solutions such as life safety, audio-visual, building automation, and endpoint security
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure systems are delivered on time and to the highest standards
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize systems to meet customer needs
- Represent IK Systems as a trusted partner on-site, building strong customer relationships
- 3+ years of experience in low-voltage installation and service
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to travel (
