• Repair and replace defective components, wiring, fixtures, motors, pumps, and mechanical parts.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records.
• Follow safety regulations, maintenance procedures, and company policies.
• Support facility operations to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Use hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks efficiently.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams as needed.
