Position: Plumbing Service Technician

Shift: Four 10‑hour days – Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Schedule: 8‑hour shift with overtime opportunities

Job Type: Full‑time

Salary: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay: Bonus and commission pay

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Lead customers to informed, confident buying decisions
• Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts, and installation teams
• Keep company truck clean inside and out and maintain accurate inventory
• Properly complete paperwork
• Participate in on‑call rotation
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Have and maintain a clean driving record
• Participate in training to grow and develop professionally
• Obtain or be willing to obtain required certifications (we can help)

• Plumbing experience: 1 year (required)
• Journeyman plumber license (preferred)
• Willingness to work at multiple locations
