• Pay ranging from $30 to $35 per hour based on experience
• Performance‑based bonus opportunities
• Full‑time schedule with consistent hours:
  Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays
• No on‑call or after‑hours responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects in Carrollton, TX
• Install complete HVAC systems, including replacements and new equipment
• Ensure installations meet company quality and safety standards
• Mentor and assist junior installers on job sites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Maintain accurate job documentation and material tracking
• Troubleshoot installation issues and complete projects efficiently

• EPA Refrigerant Certification required
• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to commute to Carrollton, TX
• Ability to lift and carry 25 to 50 pounds regularly
• Comfortable working in residential environments and outdoor conditions
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Authorized to work in the United States
