Job Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Termite/Pest Technician (Exterminator) to protect customers’ properties from termites and other pest organisms. In this role you will be the face of the company and a trusted advisor to clients, conducting inspections, identifying infestations, and applying effective treatment and prevention services.
What You’ll Do- Inspect homes, attics and crawl spaces for termites and related damage.
- Use specialized tools and pest control products to eliminate termites – drilling, digging, or setting bait stations as needed.
- Explain findings, treatment plans and preventive measures to customers.
- Travel to job sites in a company‑provided vehicle after mandatory training.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to learn; paid training provided.
- Strong customer‑service communication skills.
- Availability to work Monday–Friday and occasional weekends.
Work is performed in various environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, damp, dusty or dark locations. Tasks require significant physical activity such as sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Employees must enter tight, confined spaces and work at heights, including ladders and roofs, and may be exposed to insects, chemicals and building materials. Proper use of all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA‑compliant respirator, is mandatory.
