Certified Petroleum Service Technician

Location:
Eastern Kentucky Region (certified technicians in the greater Cincinnati area and surrounding areas)

Pay: $28.00+ per hour (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus: Available based on certifications and experience: $10,000

A dependable, mechanically inclined technician with relevant certifications who is safety-focused, comfortable troubleshooting complex systems, and motivated to grow in a specialized service career.

• Gilbarco and/or Passport certification
• Verifone Commander
• Gasboy Prime
• Veeder-Root tank monitoring systems
• Experience with fueling systems, POS systems, or petroleum equipment

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of mechanical, electrical, or technical experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Basic computer skills and ability to read technical schematics
• Ability to work flexible hours and participate in an on-call rotation
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check and drug screen

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fuel dispensers, pumps, and control systems
• Diagnose and repair POS systems and integrated fuel technology platforms
• Service and maintain tank monitoring systems and site equipment
• Read and interpret schematics, service manuals, and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and fire safety regulations
• Deliver high-quality service with a focus on first-time fix and customer satisfaction
