Nucor - - Responsibilities:
Maintain the facility's electrical and process control systems;
Inspect, calibrate, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair electrical instrumentation controls, pneumatic and hydraulic actuators as well as switch gear, motors and other electrical equipment;
Work with motors, digital and analog electronics, schematics, print reading and control circuits, AC/DC theory and electrical maintenance, computers/PLC and test instruments;
Adhere to safe electrical practices;
Use computerized maintenance management program/system to complete work orders, find and order parts, and schedule maintenance work for their shift
