24 is hiring skilled Maintenance Technicians for a high‑volume food manufacturing facility in the Horse Cave area. This is a hands‑on role supporting production lines with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment improvements in a fast‑paced environment.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery, conveyors, packaging equipment, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with operators and team leads on process improvements and efficiency projects.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company safety protocols.
• Assist with general facility upkeep as needed.

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food, manufacturing, or similar preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read schematics/blueprints.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Own basic hand tools (company supplies specialized equipment).
• Ability to work in a production setting, including ladders, tight spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and commitment to the posted shift schedule.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
