Overland Contracting Inc. seeks a Solar Foreman for our Pilgrim, KY project to direct and supervise PV construction, including electrical and civil components. You will plan, coordinate, and lead craft workers to complete work safely, on schedule, and in conformance with plans and specs.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, ensure safety compliance, and manage daily field activities, materials, and schedules. This is a full‑time, on‑site role supporting solar installation operations.
