If you’re interested in a Field Research Assistant job, then this is the best role for you! This role assists in various field and crop‑related activities including sampling, note collection, hand harvesting, weeding, and preparation of sample shipments.

• Assist in note collection, sampling, hand harvesting, preparing sample shipments, and weeding.
• Perform other crop and field activities as assigned.
• Majority of work is conducted outdoors.
• Drive company vehicles to transport materials and equipment to and from work sites/fields.
• Support farm maintenance and asset improvement.
• Comply with the client’s Safety Program by following all safety policies and attending safety meetings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to lift over 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Capable of bending and performing tasks at waist level or below.
• Ability to read, write, and understand verbal and written instructions in English.
• Must function effectively in a team and follow supervisor/manager instructions.
• Willingness to work extended hours or shifts during peak seasons.
• Must adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety requirements.

• High School Diploma or GED

• Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check.
• Shift: 07:00 AM
• Must tolerate outdoor conditions including uneven surfaces, mud, insects, heat/cold extremes, and sun exposure.
• Valid driver’s license for operating company vehicles.

• Estimated Salary: $18.00 to $26.76 per hour based on qualifications.
