Resort​/Marina Maintenance

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Resort/Marina Maintenance Technician to join our team in Grand Rivers, KY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of our resort and marina facilities. This role requires a hands‑on individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks both indoors and outdoors.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on resort buildings, marina docks, boats, and equipment.
• Inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain landscaping, groundskeeping, and outdoor recreational areas.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and staff.
• Assist with seasonal preparations and special projects as needed.
• Operate and maintain maintenance tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Previous experience in maintenance, preferably in a resort, marina, or hospitality setting.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑service oriented attitude.

This position involves working both indoors and outdoors in a resort and marina setting. The role may require working weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime depending on operational needs.
