Hinkle Contracting, LLC, a CRH company, is looking for a Paving Laborer/Flagger in Middlesboro, Kentucky. Hinkle operates one of Kentucky's most extensive networks of state-of-the-art asphalt paving and production supply facilities. This position will report directly to the Paving Foreman.

Primary Function:

• Perform various duties on paving projects
• Operate hand and power tools
• Complete general labor assignments

Position Requirements:

• Ensure a safe work environment
• Assist paving crew with various duties
• Signal equipment operators
• Follow direction of Foreman
• Perform strenuous manual labor
• Maintain a clean job site
• Perform daily inspections
• Maintain equipment

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Thorough understanding of the paving industry
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Valid documentation for I-9 Immigration
• Professional attitude
• Willing to travel and work overtime
• Current driver's license
• Adhere to safety requirements
• Previous construction experience preferred
