• Assist the Maintenance Superintendent and Team Lead in maintaining all plant and mobile equipment.
• Carry out assigned work orders for all preventative and corrective maintenance following safety standards and best practices.
• Work alongside the production department to perform housekeeping needs and other production duties to facilitate operational needs.
• Ensure maintenance jobs are performed correctly per SOPs and company policies.
• Monitor parts and materials required for maintenance work orders.
• Perform routine plant and mobile equipment inspections.
• Assist other maintenance employees as needed.
• Repair plant equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and other mechanical repairs.
• Repair electrical requirements for the plant.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma, GED, or 2‑year degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• Experience:
  
  1–3 years of actual maintenance experience.
• Skills:
  
  Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, MLC software) and basic welding skills (advanced welding skills preferred).
• Abilities:
  Electrical troubleshooting and repair (advanced skills preferred), hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge, rotating mechanical equipment knowledge (belt conveyors, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, vibrating screens/feeder), power transmission devices (gear drives, belt drives). Ability to operate mobile equipment (Bobcat, forklifts, man lifts, haul trucks, front‑end loader).
• Schedule:
  
  Must be able to work a rotating on‑call schedule.
