• Perform service requests efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service to residents.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and general maintenance issues.
• Repair heating and cooling systems.
• Service and maintain the community pool.
• Assist with groundskeeping and maintaining excellent curb appeal.
• Work closely with the maintenance and office teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Promote a positive living experience for residents and a collaborative work environment for coworkers.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency maintenance needs.

We're looking for someone who has:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience(multifamily/property management experience is a plus, but not required)
• Lives within a 30-minute commute of the property
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, pools, and HVAC systems
• HVAC or EPA Universal Certification (preferred)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
