Morgan Properties is hiring a Make Ready Maintenance Technician for Idylwood Apartments in Cheektowaga, NY. This hands-on role supports turnover of apartments, performs drywall, painting, basic plumbing and electrical repairs, tests locks, and helps maintain a clean, safe community.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with rotating on-call about every seven weeks. A valid driver's license and experience with apartment turns are preferred; HVAC/EPA certification is a plus.
