Electrical Supervisor will Leadbyexampleandmanagecommercialelectricalinstallations .

Williams Electricisafull-servicecommercialelectricalcontractorprovidingexpertelectricalsolutionsthroughout

Western Marylandandnearbyareasof Virginia and West Virginia .The Williams Electric Teamdeliverscomprehensiveelectricaldesign ,installation,andmaintenanceservicesacrosscommercialandindustrialprojects,emphasizing safety,reliability,andqualityworkmanship.

Withateamofcertifiedelectriciansandastrongcommitmenttocollaborationwithgeneralcontractorsandothertrades,Williams Electricsupportseverythingfromfull-scalenewconstructionandsystemupgradestolighting,power distribution,backup power,andemergencyservices.

Dutiesand Responsibilitieswillincludethefollowing:

• Pointofcontactforgeneralcontractor’sfieldsuperintendent.
• Possesscompleteknowledgeofalldrawings,specifications,construction schedules,electricalequipmentsubmittals,andmechanicalequipmentsubmittals.
• Workconsistsofinstallations,alterations,additions and/orrepairsofelectricalsystems,conductorsandassociatedmaterialsandequipmentwithinthecommercialandindustrialelectricalindustry.
• Responsibleformanagingandtrainingallelectricaljobsitefieldpersonnel.
• Performallelectricaltasksincludingreadingandaccuratelyinterpretingconstructionelectricaldrawings,terminate cables,andinstallandtroubleshootcontrolwiringfromdrawings.
• Demonstratesafeworkhabitsandpropercarefortoolsandequipment.
• Responsibleforprovidingandestablishingasafeworkplaceforallemployeesonsite.
• Responsibleforthecompletefieldexecutionoftheconstructionandperformanceoftheelectricalcontractwork.
• Responsiblefortrackingjobsitematerialsandtools.
• Responsibleforschedulingandconductingalljobsiteinspections,testing,andownertraining.
• Promotecompanyreputationandmaintainanoptimisticoutlookandpositiveattitudewiththeultimategoalofprovidingthebestservicetoclients.

Skills&Requirements

• Anycombinationofatleast5yearsofworkandtrainingexperienceinaleadershiproleinthecommercialconstructionindustryandaminimumofoneyearofexperienceasacommercialelectricalsupervisor.
• Basiccomputerknowledge,abilitytonavigatein
  
  Microsoft office,Bluebeam,Procore,aplus.
• Demonstratedleaderprovendependabilityaswellassupportforcompanypolicies.
• Strongtechnicalaptitudewithadvancedskillswithelectrical
• Abilitytoreadarchitectural,structural,andmechanicalconstructionplans
• Attentiontodetailtofollowinstructionsanddelegatefromplanandsupervisors.
• Strong organizational,analytical,and problem-solvingskillsandabletomanagemultipletasksunderstrictdeadlines.
• Mustbeaself-motivatorandteamparticipant.
• Excellentverbalandwrittenskillstoeffectivelycommunicatewithstakeholders.
• Developpositiverelationshipswithclients,owners,subcontractors,and suppliers.
• Valid Driver'sLicensew/cleandrivingrecord.

Pay Range:$30-$40perhour,negotiablebasedonexperience
