The University of Florida in Hillsborough is seeking a Staff Full-Time Operations role to lead field operations for agricultural research. You will oversee land preparation, fumigation, irrigation installation and crop maintenance within the AG-GCREC-FIELD OPERATIONS department.
You will supervise farm crews, train interns and OPS staff, and coordinate with labs to ensure successful harvests. A high school diploma and 3 years in agriculture are required; veteran’s preference is available.
