Pay: $24.00 - $35.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM

What You'll Do

As a Diesel Mechanic, you'll help maintain and repair company‑owned equipment, including tractors, trailers, refrigerated units, and support equipment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
  • Complete repairs according to OEM, DOT, and company standards
  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble heavy truck and trailer components
  • Perform tire maintenance, repairs, coding, and failure analysis

    Utilize diagnostic software and repair tools to maintain fleet reliability
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
  • Ability to pass a pre‑employment hair drug screening
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and work orders
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Willingness to learn diagnostic software and new technologies
