We're looking for a skilled Electrical Service Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems and equipment.

Perform electrical inspections and troubleshoot wiring, panels, outlets, switches, lighting, and other residential electrical components.

Install and replace electrical fixtures, devices, and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes.

Educate homeowners on repair options, electrical safety, and recommended system improvements.

Accurately document work performed using company software.

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.

Follow all safety standards, electrical codes, and company procedures.

Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, and fellow team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Participate in ongoing technical and professional development training.

What We're Looking For Residential electrical service experience preferred.

Journeyman Electrician license preferred (or ability to obtain if required by state/local regulations).Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Knowledge of residential electrical codes and safety standards.

Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and continuous learning.
