Florida Department of Transportation – West Palm Beach Operations seeks an Automotive Equipment Mechanic II to diagnose, repair, overhaul and replace components on automobiles, trucks and heavy equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance and ensure roadworthy, tested vehicles.
Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with two years’ mechanic experience; a Class E license and CDL‑B with air brakes within 10 months.
