In this hands‑on role, you will maintain, install, calibrate, and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems that support production. You will work with electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, and digital instruments while applying your knowledge of winery processes, PLCs, HMIs, electrical systems, and industrial networks.
Working with minimal supervision and in partnership with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and other teams, you will diagnose process upsets, trace control-loop malfunctions, and support repairs using PLCs and electrical test equipment such as ammeters, meggers, and multimeters. You will investigate equipment‑performance opportunities, recommend practical technology or component improvements, and help execute projects that improve process measurement, control, safety, quality, and uptime. You will also contribute to capital projects and new‑product commercialization by gathering and analyzing technical and cost data, documenting findings, tracking project milestones, and clearly communicating progress and roadblocks.
