  • After 6 weeks: $21.62/hr
  • After 12 weeks: $24.42/hr

You will be the backbone of our daily operations. You’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy earth-moving equipment, including:

• 200-ton haul trucks
• Excavators
• Front-end loaders
• Backhoes and tractors

• Experience: Proven experience operating earth-moving equipment. Please ensure your resume includes the brand, model, and size of the equipment you have operated, along with details on your previous environment.
• Credentials: A valid driver’s license and a High School Diploma or GED.
• Standards: Ability to pass a hair follicle screening.
• Mindset: A professional attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to keeping yourself and your team safe.
