Jones Street Residential, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Maintenance Supervisor in keeping the property operating efficiently and ensuring maintenance requests are completed promptly.
You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry and painting tasks, and participate in making-ready vacant units. This role also requires being on-call for after-hours and weekend emergencies.
