Journeyman HVAC Service Technician
Pay $30.00-$35.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
- Commission and spiff opportunities in addition to hourly wages
Work Hours:
- Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
- On-call rotation approximately once every 4 weeks
Primary Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance and repairs on light commercial equipment
- Complete preventive maintenance inspections and tune-ups
- Explain repair findings and recommend replacement or upgrade options to customers
- Educate homeowners about available products and services while providing on-site service

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of HVAC service experience
- Kentucky Journeyman HVAC License or the ability to obtain once employed
- Experience performing preventive maintenance and routine service
- Knowledge of equipment start-up, testing, and system adjustments
- EPA Universal Certification
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
