We invest in our people because when our team succeeds, our customers and communities do too. We are seeking a Mechanical Insulator to join our growing Commercial Construction team.

In this role, you will install HVAC and plumbing insulation for new construction and renovation projects while working with field teams to deliver safe, high-quality work on schedule.

Compensation:
Hourly rates starting at $24/hr + depending on experience.

• Install insulation on commercial HVAC and plumbing systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment:
  Measure materials, assist with takeoffs, and complete work efficiently to quality standards
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications to support proper installation
• Communicate with field teams, foremen, and project staff to coordinate work and resolve issues
• Follow OSHA and company safety requirements on all jobsites
• Maintain trade tools and provide personal hand tools required for the role

• 3–5+ years of commercial mechanical insulation experience (HVAC and/or plumbing systems)
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English for safety, training, and jobsite coordination (required)
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain after hire
• Ability to work at heights, use ladders/lifts, enter and work in confined spaces
