Lead Plumbing Service Technician

Innovative Air provides fast, professional residential service with a customer-first approach and a reputation built on trust and details. We’re looking for a Lead Plumbing Service Technician to join our team.

As a Lead Plumbing Service Technician, you’ll run residential plumbing service calls end-to-end, diagnose, explain options, complete repairs/installations, and deliver a clean, low-stress experience for homeowners.

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues (primarily residential; occasional light commercial service as scheduled)
• Install fixtures, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure code compliance
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and document work in Service Titan (preferred)
• Maintain truck/stock organization and jobsite cleanliness
• Participate in an on-call rotation (details and frequency shared during interview).

• 3 or more years of plumbing service experience
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record (per company policy/insurer requirements).
• Employment is contingent on passing a background check consistent with applicable law.
• Journeyman license/certification preferred (as applicable in our service area).
• Strong troubleshooting + customer communication
• Full-time, W-2 Employment
• Pay: $35 to $50 per hour (based on experience)
