Foam Engineer Technician crew leader

Education Level None## Description The Insulation Installer will lay or replace insulation materials in buildings to control or maintain building temperature.
* Installs and replaces insulation in buildings and mechanical systems.
* Reads building plans and blueprints to calculate the quantity and type of insulation materials needed to fulfill job requirements.
* Clears and disposes of old insulation according to established safety guidelines.
* Loads and unloads insulation materials.
* Installs or sprays insulation in attics.
* Measures and cuts insulation to fit into walls, ceilings, and around pipes.
* Fastens insulation in place with tape, screws, staples, or fasteners as needed.
* Transports needed tools and equipment to jobsite.
* Follows company and industry safety guidelines and regulations.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.## Qualifications## Required Skills/Abilities:
* Extensive knowledge of insulation materials and ability to determine best material for a project.
* Ability to follow instructions.
* Ability to use hand tools and power tools to install insulation.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Class E Drivers License preferred / Must be able to obtain within 30 days.##

Education and Experience:

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Related experience preferred.##

Physical Requirements:

* Prolonged periods standing, bending, or climbing ladders.
* Ability to work in confined spaces.
* Must be able to lift 35 pounds at a time.
* Must be able to wear a respirator
* Must be able to work in extreme heat
